What: L’Hommage is self described as a “casual and approachable French dining experience.” It is a description that fits! L’Hommage is exactly what one would imagine a neighborhood spot in France would be like. Large yet it maintenance a level of intimacy and coziness that makes you feel special.
Style: Delicious, well made and locally source French cuisine.
What we loved: The first thing to mention is of course the delicious food!! L’Hommage nails French cuisine and you can feel great about what you eat because Executive Chef Josh Laban works with local farms and food purveyors to get the freshest ingredients! We also love that they do brunch, because it really would not be a DC neighborhood spot
Decor: L’Hommage is casual chic with 200 seats inside and another 82 seats on the outdoor patio which makes you feel transported to France.
Meal: I went a little heavy for brunch but I couldn’t resist their amazing beef bourguignon and it was AMAZING.
Pro tip: Try their special Classic Parisian Prix Fixe for $35. It’s served Sunday night through Tuesday night from 5 pm to close. Make a reservation!
I am very excited to share L’Hommage with the other Capfabb members at our 5 Year Anniversary Party on February 25th! If you are a member, make sure to RSVP. If you are not a member, you can apply HERE!
