Merry Go Round in Paris

Second day in Paris was just as amazing as the first!  As you can see, we did more sight seeing and exploring.  It was a little gloomy but still warm, so I was a happy little soul!  I ended up sporting my new Zara platform wedge shoes (aren’t they a dream?) and they were surprisingly really comfortable despite how difficult I tought it would be to walk on cobblestone streets (but I definitely got some weird/puzzled looks from visiting tourists) hahah 😉
Best part of the day was going up to Sacré-CÅ“ur Basilica (highest point in the city) and looking down at all of Paris (pic below)…it was breathtaking!!!  As you will see, I also have a small obsession with Merry Go Rounds – especially the ones in Paris because aside from being extremely beautiful with all kinds of cute details, they play old French music (can’t remember the singer’s name but my mom knew exactly who it was lol).  It was definitely fun to play on them and feel like a kid again!!

Best way to end a long day in Paris is (as I mentioned before) with an amazing capuchino!  I must have had at least 1000 of them within the three days there 😉
