Cropped Top and Skirt: Forever21
Purse: Nine West
Sunnies: H&M
I was so excited to finally be able to wear my little wild cropped top, its perfect for the summer as it easily can be turned into a bathingsuit top. I wore this to my birthday brunch where I had a blast catching up with some of my closest blogger friends over a delicious meal! Check out the video at the end of this post to see all the delicious food at the Gateway and also the adorable happy birthday wishes from my friends. Thank you all for an unforgettable birthday! 😉
Skirt: Zara
Top and Sandals: American Eagle
Bag: H&M
Sunnies: RayBan
Rings & Bracelets: She’s Unique
I can’t get over how comfortable and fun this Zara skirt is. This time I paired it up with a simple cropped top and sandals. I’ve never done coral and hot pink together, but thought it worked well for this look. I feel like it perfectly captured the fun brunch atmosphere of the day!
This video starts a new series we will be doing on our blog. We wanted to go a little further and capture our adventures and places we love not only in photos but give it a little more life through videos. We hope you like this new addition to the blog in collaboration w one of our fav videographers, Carolin Lacey!
The Getaway MENU
Things we love:
Great Brunch Hours: 11am to 5pm (Sat AND Sun)
Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s $15
Must Try: Chorizo Grinder Burrito $13
Outside seating available.
Why we love this place: As most of you know, we absolutely LOVE a good brunch and if it comes with bottomless service, you bet we are even more excited to try it! We loved the relaxed, chill vibe on the outside patio of The Gateway (it didn’t hurt that it was a perfect 70’s day), and the menu was full of delicious items — our favorite was def the chorizo breakfast burrito and passion fruit mimosa! Can we say YUM?
